Ashton Whitty and Asia Argento

Ashton Blaise Whitty (born October 1, 95 on the streets of Berkeley California) is an actress. She is a well-known actress for Choices (2010). The Heart and Other Small Shapes (2007) as well as Chrissie mayr's Content House 2022.

She co-starred with Carlo Verdone in Perdiamoci di perspective as Arianna an actress with physical handicap. This intricate and difficult part earned her a David di Donatello Award for Best actor. In 1995 she worked with Michel Piccoli in Peter Del Monte's Compagna di viaggio which again brought her a David di Donatello as well as a Grolla of Oro. Asia's debut short film was a scene from the De Generazione movie. Two years following, Asia became a director and made two more films. One of them, AbelAsia is a tribute for her father. Asia started directing her debut feature film in 1999, Scarlet Diva. For the movie she also acted as the lead actress and also wrote the script. The movie was released on May 20, 2000 across Italy as well as different countries. The film was awarded an award in Brooklyn at the Williamsburg International Film Festival.
